In a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Constitution Day, he said that the provincial government was formulating and implementing all kinds of laws and regulations according to the sentiments of the people. “Ending all forms of discrimination, the Constitutions inspires the Nepali society with ethnic, linguistic, religious, cultural and geographical diversity to join the cause of greater national unity,” reads the message.
