In Pokhara, Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President will participate in the party’s programmes as well as attend the Gandaki Province Literate Declaration Ceremony organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, Technology and Social Development. The Prime Minister will unveil a pillar of Literate Gandaki Province constructed by the Ministry at the Regional Museum premises at Nayabazar of Pokhara Metropolitan City-9. After the program, Nepali Congress President Deuba will participate in the program organized to exchange best wishes on the occasion of Bijayadashami and Tihar festivals organized by the Pokhara Metropolitan City-17 NC Unit Committee, said NC Kaski Secretary Sudip Mohan Bhattarai.
