Chief of the Province Somnath Adhikari ‘Pyasi’ administered the oath of office and secrecy to CM Rai in accordance with Article 168 (2) of the Constitution. Also today, Chief Minister Rai constituted the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 168 (9) of the Constitution. The cabinet comprises Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Indra Bahadur Angbo, Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development Himal Karki, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Kedar Karki, Minister for Social Development Jayaram Yadav and Minister of State for Social Development Bishnu Tumbahamphe. Chief Minister Rai administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected ministers and state ministers.
