In a statement today on the occasion of the day of election of representatives for the upcoming 10th National General Convention, Chair Oli said that the UML is a democratic party and we understand democracy not only as a system, but also as a process and method. The competition between the parties should be healthy while mutual understanding within the party provides a basis of strong unity, he said.
