At the10th national convention of the Intellectual Council close to the CPN (Unified Socialist) here today, leader Nepal underscored optimization of science and technology to increase the production so as to bring about good changes in the lives of people. Stating that the intellectuals has great roles for development of human resources, Nepal, also former Prime Minister argued that a huge number of jobs could be created if government increases investment in physical infrastructure, tourism, hydropower and industries. The convention would go through two days and elect a new executive committee.
