As per Sunday’s decision of the Promotion Recommendation Committee of the Home Ministry, the name of DIG Aryal was recommended for the promotion. DIG Aryal is the first in the rank among three DIGs. DIG Aryal was recommended for the promotion to the vacant AIG post after the government on April 13 promoted Pushpa Ram KC to the post of Inspector General.
