गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ HoR begins deliberations on principles of the budget Politics HoR begins deliberations on principles of the budget KathmanduPati May 31, 2022 KATHMANDU – Deliberations on the principles of the Annual Estimates of Income and Expenditure (Budget) for the Fiscal Year 2022-23 have begun in the House of Representatives (HoR), the lower house of the federal Parliament today. Finance Minister Janardan Sharma had presented a proposal in the meeting of the HoR seeking general debate on the Budget. Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has allocated May 31, June 1 and 2 for the Finance Minister to reply to the questions raised in course of the discussions on the budget. As per the constitutional provision, the Budget should be presented in parliament on Jeth 15 every year.
