While receiving a 13-point memorandum submitted by the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Women Organisation at his office today, the Minister said the government is effortful for preventing incidents of violence including murder and rape against women. He also pledged to address the memo after discussing with security bodies. The delegation led by RPP general secretary and women department chief Kunti Shahi demanded the government prepare a separate security squad for women’s safety. More, it wants the government to make security arrangements for survivors of women violence.
