A secretariat meeting of the party held on Wednesday at its central office in Shantinagar assigned general-secretary Dr Beduram Bhusal to develop necessary criteria, process and methods for picking possible candidates in the upcoming elections. The meeting presided over by party chair Madhav Kumar Nepal designated the party office secretary and deputy general-secretary Gangalal Tuladhar with the responsibility of registering the party in the Election Commission. Likewise, party deputy general-secretary trio, Dr Tuladhar, Dr Bijaya Poudel and Prakash Jwala were entrusted with the responsibility for preparing party’s election manifesto.
