गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Mid-Hill highway completely obstructed Nepal Mid-Hill highway completely obstructed KathmanduPati September 01, 2022 File Photo PARBAT – Vehicular movement along the Mid-Hill highway has come to a stand still from this morning due to landslide occurred at Bhyaple of Modi rural municipality-5 in Parbat district. Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Madhusudhan Neupane, said the highway has been completely blocked due to landslide following incessant rainfall for the past three days. Problem has surfaced to clear the landslip debris and resume traffic as rainfall is still taking place. Dozer and excavator are on standby to remove landslide debris. Works to remove landslide debris would be started once rain stops, added Neupane. Passengers heading towards their destinations have been stranded due to the landslide. Earlier, the landslide had occurred on the same place on Tuesday.
