PM Deuba said it while addressing a joint programme of the cadres and leaders of left-democratic alliance here today. The ruling alliance is for protecting and implementing the constitution which is inclusive and has participation of all classes. “The candidates of the ruling alliance must be ensured victory for the development and change in country,” PM Deuba said, expressing hope that the same alliance would form the government after November 20 election.
