According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, the earthquake measuring 4.0 in the Richter scale was recorded at 10:45 am. Earlier on Saturday, an earthquake measuring 3.0 in the Richter scale was recorded with its epicenter at Bilyante bazaar of Ilam.
