During the meeting that took place at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Chief Minister Adhikari congratulated Prime Minister Dahal on his securing of a vote of confidence of the parliament while the Prime Minister congratulated Adhikari on his appointment as the Chief Minister of Gandaki, according to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat. Prime Minister Dahal secured a vote of confidence with an overwhelming majority of the House of Representatives on Tuesday. Likewise, UML leader Adhikari was appointed as the Chief Minister of Gandaki on Monday with the support of CPN (Maoist Centre).
