NC President Deuba pays tribute to Rana

KATHMANDU – Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister, Sher Bahadur Deuba, has extended sorrow over the demise of first governor of the Nepal Rastra Bank, Himalaya Shumsher Rana.

President Deuba paid tribute to late Rana by draping the party flag over his body. Similarly, NC general-secretary Gagan Thapa, leaders-Prakash Man Singh, Uday Shumsher Rana, among others also paid tribute to Rana.

Also the former Finance-Secretary, Rana, passed away this morning at the age of 95. He was suffering from pneumonia.
