President Deuba paid tribute to late Rana by draping the party flag over his body. Similarly, NC general-secretary Gagan Thapa, leaders-Prakash Man Singh, Uday Shumsher Rana, among others also paid tribute to Rana. Also the former Finance-Secretary, Rana, passed away this morning at the age of 95. He was suffering from pneumonia.
