He issued such ruling in the meeting of the House of Representatives today. “The MPs have been raising topics on various matters of public importance during the zero, special and other time in the House since the past meetings till the present. I would like to draw the attention of the government to the Rule 15, Sub-rule 2 of the House of Representatives Regulations and direct it to respond to the questions raised so far,” Speaker Ghimire said, issuing the ruling.
