During a programme organised at the party headquarters in Dhumbarahi today on the occasion of the sixth memorial day of Bogati, Dahal recalled Bogati and extended tribute to him. On the occasion, Chair Dahal garlanded the portrait of late Bogati. No one was appointed to deliver their speech on the occasion due to COVID-19. Joint In-charge of Bagmati state Hit Bahadur Tamang, among others, were present on the occasion. Bogati had died of heart attack on September 15, 2014. Bogati had taken the responsibility of the Energy Ministry, Ministry of Information and Communications, and Tourism Ministry. Born on July 18, 1953 in Nuwakot, Bogati had been elected to the member of the first Constituent Assembly from Nuwakot constituency no-3 under a direct electoral system.
