In today’s House of Representatives (HoR) meeting, Lamichhane argued that there was no public trust to the ongoing probes and investigations taking place from the government agencies on gold smuggling scam. On the occasion, Lamichhane, also the parliamentary party leader of RSP, asked the Home Minister saying who is keeping a vigilant eye on the activities that are influencing the investigating jobs on the gold smuggling scam in the past 20 days. Lamichhane also asked to begin a probe even to the ruling parties’ leaders. He also expressed his serious objection to the discussions among the top leaders of the three major parties by disrupting the House meetings. Likewise, Lamichhane said that the House meeting should continue and people’s issues should be discussed here. — Write your comments RELATED NEWS Change is not possible until rotten leaders are removed :… Files blocked based on political connections will be opened: Home… Government is Committed to Working According to Public Expectations: PM… “I Will Not Resign Under Any Circumstances”: Chief Minister Singh Phone Conversation Between Prime Minister Karki and Narendra Modi: What… The Gen Z Movements Shaking Asian Governments Top Headlines Relevance of Prithivi Narayan Shah in Contemporary Nepal1 Scrutinizing Relevance of Prithivi Narayan Shah´s Thoughts and Strategy2 Huawei Unveils 83 Global Showcases and 10 Industry Solutions at MWC Barcelona 2025 to Promote Industrial Intelligence3 Ncell is the FIRST Nepali Telecom Company to receive ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications for information security and data privacy4 Photo exhibition at Nepal Army Headquarters5 PM Oli, Sri Lankan’s former President meet6 Pokhara International Airport: Issues and Prospects7 Gold price ups Rs 2,000 per tola8 TRENDING Hetauda Cement Industry resumes operation Indian RAW Chief Goel meets Prime Minister Oli after coming to Nepal from Bhutan Siwakoti appointed as Nepal’s Trade Advisor by Canadian Trade Commission Services Govt appoints Deepak Bhandari as NARC’s Executive Director China prepares to deploy missiles to Nepal-India border Lipulekh Qatar Prince Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani scales Mount Ama Dablam Call for private investment in drinking water and sanitation services President Bhandari meets Bamdev Gautam as tensions in main ruling NCP escalate
