In today’s House of Representatives (HoR) meeting, Lamichhane argued that there was no public trust to the ongoing probes and investigations taking place from the government agencies on gold smuggling scam. On the occasion, Lamichhane, also the parliamentary party leader of RSP, asked the Home Minister saying who is keeping a vigilant eye on the activities that are influencing the investigating jobs on the gold smuggling scam in the past 20 days. Lamichhane also asked to begin a probe even to the ruling parties’ leaders. He also expressed his serious objection to the discussions among the top leaders of the three major parties by disrupting the House meetings. Likewise, Lamichhane said that the House meeting should continue and people’s issues should be discussed here. — Write your comments RELATED NEWS Nepali Congress provides financial assistance for Samba’s treatment We will return the savings of cooperative victims within 100… Govt declares three-day public holiday of election PM Karki addresses 61st Session of Human Rights Council: Reaffirms… UN Resident Coordinator Yahia calls on Home Minister Aryal Curfew imposed in Birgunj until further notice Top Headlines Before the Ballots: How Oli Lost the Political Narrative1 Nepali Congress provides financial assistance for Samba’s treatment2 PM Karki addresses 61st Session of Human Rights Council: Reaffirms Nepal’s unflinching commitment to advancing human rights3 Govt declares three-day public holiday of election4 NC President Thapa expresses sorrow over Dhading bus accident5 Curfew imposed in Birgunj until further notice6 We will return the savings of cooperative victims within 100 days : Rabi Lamichhane7 Dhading bus accident: One more dies, 22 receiving treatment in Kathmandu8 TRENDING Nepal Army initiates investigation into case of financial irregularities by Lieutenant Colonel Janmat Karki Time Tested Friendship-Suresh Sharma Nepal, China hold virtual meeting to discuss fight against coronavirus, review implementation of agreements PCR test to be available at Rs 2000 Testing Times for Democracy in Nepal-Nihar Nayak Will Bam Dev Gautam become Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister?
