In today’s House of Representatives (HoR) meeting, Lamichhane argued that there was no public trust to the ongoing probes and investigations taking place from the government agencies on gold smuggling scam. On the occasion, Lamichhane, also the parliamentary party leader of RSP, asked the Home Minister saying who is keeping a vigilant eye on the activities that are influencing the investigating jobs on the gold smuggling scam in the past 20 days. Lamichhane also asked to begin a probe even to the ruling parties’ leaders. He also expressed his serious objection to the discussions among the top leaders of the three major parties by disrupting the House meetings. Likewise, Lamichhane said that the House meeting should continue and people’s issues should be discussed here. — Write your comments RELATED NEWS Constitution amendment panel decides to seek expert views SC issues show cause notice on writ petition against Attorney… Communication Minister Dr Timilsina stresses curb on misinformation Federal Parliament session called for April 30 Home Ministry to be held by Prime Minister Shah Unity among leftist forces necessary : Prachanda Top Headlines Before the Ballots: How Oli Lost the Political Narrative1 Nepali Congress provides financial assistance for Samba’s treatment2 We will return the savings of cooperative victims within 100 days : Rabi Lamichhane3 Jagdamba Group Chairman Shankar Agrawal Arrested4 PM Karki addresses 61st Session of Human Rights Council: Reaffirms Nepal’s unflinching commitment to advancing human rights5 Govt declares three-day public holiday of election6 NC President Thapa expresses sorrow over Dhading bus accident7 Two Offices Under Ministry of Communication to Be Abolished8 TRENDING UPAYA CITY CARGO LAUNCHES Version 3.0 Money laundering case worth millions filed against gangster ‘Bale’ Strict action against those who abuse health workers: Sajha Party President Bhandari inaugurates restored Rani Pokhari five years after earthquake 87.19 % population has access to internet Butwal goes under lockdown until Bhadra 5 Chairman Dahal’s accusations apolitical, impulsive: Bishnu Rimal Home Ministry seeks clarification from Humla’s Assistant CDO for disseminating false information on China-Nepal border issue
