Today’s meeting of the Committee took the decision to publish the 10-day notice to file complaint with evidence in decent language if someone considers that appointing Sharma to the post was not appropriate. A meeting of the Judicial Council held on August 27 had recommended Sharma for the appointment to the post of Justice at the SC and sent his name for parliamentary hearing.
