In today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, lawmaker Janardan Sharma demanded decent compensations for corn crops in the western Nepal destroyed by storm. Similarly, lawmaker Gyan Bahadur Shahi called for restoring damaged sections along the Karnali Highway. He also asked the government to provide Rs 1.7 million to cricket players as announced by the Prime Minister. Abdul Khan expressed his concerns about reportedly missing of 35 border pillars in Bardia, asking the government to inquiry and resolve the problem. He also called for taking effective measures by the government to control increasing corruption.
