The government has extended heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to the people and the Government of the Russian Federation as well as to the victims and their families. “The Government of Nepal, in line with its principled position, unequivocally condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestation and holds the view that terrorism must be firmly and resolutely dealt with wherever and whenever it takes place,” reads the press release. The Government of Nepal has wished speedy recovery to those injured and expressed the belief that the perpetrators of these heinous acts would be brought to justice at the earliest.
