Inaugurating motorboat service at Bulbule Lake in Surkhet today, he said that there is no option but for the public and private sector to move forward together to realize the potential of Karnali. Chief Minister Kandel said that the tendency of the government to develop programs based on the budget has not yielded results. “The budget should instead be prepared based on the program designed as per the needs of the people.” He said that the government is focusing on the development of Bulbule Lake and the adjoining areas in order to promote tourism in Karnali.
