President administers oath of office to five ambassadors-designate

KATHMANDU – President Ramchandra Paudel has administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly-appointed ambassadors of Nepal to various countries today.

Ambassador-designate to the Russian Federation, Janga Bahadur Chauhan, to the United Kingdom Chandra Kumar Ghimire, to Spain Sanil Nepal, to the Republic of Korea Dr Shivamaya Tumbahangphe and to the Republic of India, Dr Shankar Prasad Sharma took the oath of office and secrecy before the President amidst a ceremony organized at the Office of the President at Sheetal Niwas, the Office of the President stated.

High-ranking officials of the Government of Nepal were also present on the occasion.
