A meeting of the Council of Ministers on March 17 took the decision to this effect. The Ramnawami festival falls on April 6 this year. Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, shared this information at a press conference organized at the Ministry here today. The meeting decided to appoint Dinesh Prasad Bhatta of Baitadi as the Executive Chief of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA), according to Minister Gurung, who is also the Government Spokesperson. Similarly, the Cabinet meeting decided to direct the Board of Directors of Janak Education Materials Centre Limited to appoint Yadunath Poudel of Arghakhanchi as its Managing Director. It has been decided to appoint Pabitra Subedi of Surkhet and Ram Sharan Sapkota of Makawanpur as members of the Teacher Service Commission, according to Minister Gurung.
