Change is not possible until rotten leaders are removed : Minister Pun

KATHMANDU – Minister for Education, Science and Technology Mahabir Pun has urged the youth to prepare for the upcoming elections on Falgun 21 (March 5).

He requested the youth to participate in the elections not in a divided manner, but by uniting together.

He also called on them to get ready to take part in the elections in an organized way, without any disputes, to elect capable, ethical, and determined young representatives.

Making the appeal through social media platform Facebook, he wrote:
“I urge all Nepalis who dream of a government that minimizes corruption as much as possible, delivers good governance to all, makes Nepal economically prosperous, prevents foreign interference, and brings about a system for directly electing the President, to immediately begin preparing to participate in the elections in an organized way, without any disputes, to choose capable, ethical, and determined young representatives.”

Minister Pun further wrote: “Until rotten leaders are removed and a clean young leadership is given an overwhelming majority government, major change is not possible.”
