Superintendent of Police at the Airport Security Office, Raj Kumar Silwal, said that the person arrested is 46-year-old Ognian Petrov, holder of passport number A 83488487. “During screening at the luggage checking area, the luggage brought by the person appeared suspicious, and upon opening it, five bottles of oil resembling marijuana/hemp plant oil, each of 1.25 litres, were found,” SP Silwal said. Spokesperson Silwal stated that the arrested individual, an American citizen, has been handed over to a police team deployed at the airport by the Narcotics Control Bureau for necessary investigation and action.
