Businessman Golchha is in the custody of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police. Hearing a writ petition of habeas corpus filed by Golchha’s wife Sima Golchha, a division bench of Justices Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Shreekanta Paudel ordered the release of businessman Golchha on bail. Golchha was arrested by the CIB of Nepal Police in Kathmandu on April 23 to probe into his alleged connection in securities transactions.
