The Home Ministry has requested people at large to give their suggestions and feedback on the draft. The Ministry unveiled the draft on Tuesday. It has urged one and all to provide their feedbacks and suggestions by email at, [email protected] within a week. In the preamble of the 35-point draft, it is mentioned that the act was necessary to amend and integrate existing laws to regulate and manage the entry of foreign nationals into Nepal, their presence and departure from Nepal. An arrangement has been made to provide free Non-Resident Nepali visa to the foreign nationals of Nepali origin, who have obtained Non-Resident Nepali Citizens and Non-Resident Identity Card, and their families for 10 years.
