Chitwan-Prime Minister and senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balendra Shah, has recently arrived here to attend the first general convention of the RSP which is commencing today.

General secretary of the party, Bhup Dev Shah, informed RSS that party president Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Shah would be jointly inaugurating the general convention later this afternoon.
