He has been identified as 26-year old Rajan Baraili of the Aathrai Rural Municipality-5 Hoda. Bairaili was connecting an electric wire from a transmitter nearby his home. Critically injured, he died on the way to hospital. He was currently serving in the Siraha based Sher Battalion of the Nepal Army, and was on leave for Dashain.
