गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Energy Ministry appoints Hitendra Dev Shakya as NEA’s Officiating Managing Director Nepal Energy Ministry appoints Hitendra Dev Shakya as NEA’s Officiating Managing Director KathmanduPati November 09, 2020 KATHMANDU – The Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation has appointed Hitendra Dev Shakya as the Officiating Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority. The Ministry has designated Shakya as the officiating head of the NEA until further arrangements. He assumed office as the NEA’s Officiating Managing Director today. Earlier in September, the government had entrusted the responsibility of acting Managing Director of the NEA to deputy Managing Director Lekhnath Koirala. The post of NEA’s Managing Director had fallen vacant on September 15 after the then MD Kulman Ghising’s four-year tenure came to an end.
