In his message, the Prime Minister said that the result of the elections is a testimony of the faith of the people of Myanmar in the able leadership of Suu Kyi and the popularity of her party among the people. While recalling the State Counsellor’s successful visit to Nepal in November 2018, Prime Minister Oli expressed hope that the bonds of friendship and close cultural ties existing between Nepal and Myanmar will be further strengthened in the years to come. Likewise, Prime Minister Oli sent a message of congratulations and best wishes to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa today on his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In the message, the Prime Minister underlined the excellent state of bilateral relations between Nepal and the Kingdom of Bahrain ever since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1977. He also expressed confidence that the existing bilateral relations will continue to grow and expand in the days ahead.
