In his address to a press meet organized today by the Nepal Press Union, Kailali in Dhangadhi, the former minister said the NC not overlooked it responsibility for warning the government regarding its duties towards people and take notice of people’s hardship by keeping all others agenda aside. ‘’It is the compulsion of the party not its interest to take to the street against the government. In the present situation, the NC as being the main opposition is obliged to exhort the government to do something for the cause of people and make it responsible towards the their issues,” he added. As he said, party’s upcoming Central Committee meeting to be held either on December 17 or 18 will decide about the party’s general convention issue.
