In a message today on the occasion of Fagu Poornima, Chief Minister Poudel has said that this festival that is observed by smearing colours with a spirit of love, goodwill and fraternity also connects the hills to the tarai, while uniting the nation together. He has also extended best wishes to all Nepali brothers and sisters at home and abroad for their happiness, peace and prosperity on the occasion of the festival. Stating that the holi festival this year cannot be observed as in the past due to the risk of a second wave of Corona Virus infection, Chief Minister Poudel has requested all to limit themselves to their home and play holi observing necessary caution.
