गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ Arrest warrant issued against CK Raut Politics Arrest warrant issued against CK Raut District Court Of Nawalparasi also orders Raut to appear in the court within 35 days KathmanduPati March 29, 2021 KATHMANDU – A district court has issued an arrest warrant against Janamat Party’s Chief CK Raut. District Court Nawalparasi has issued the arrest warrant against him on charge of crime against the state. Issuing a public notice on Monday, the district court also ordered him to present himself before the court within 35 days. The case was filed against him before he signed an agreement with the government to come into mainstream politics by abandoning violent activities. Earlier on April 6 last year, the Raut-led group, which was launching a secessionist campaign in Terai, had signed an 11-point agreement with the government to join the mainstream peaceful politics. The government had agreed to release all arrested leaders and cadres of his group and withdraw charges against them.
