CPN (UML) Chairman issued the intraparty circular to inform the rank and file the decisions of the party’s central committee meeting held on Falgun 28 and Chaitra 7. The internal circular includes the party’s assessment about the recent political developments, new challenges and responsibilities along with the decisions that will have a long-term impact in the party. The circular instructs party leaders and cadres to to actively and consistently work toward execution of the decisions to build,expand and strengthen the party base. CPN (UML) Chairman Oli has sent the decisions of the central committee meetings held by excluding rival Madhav Kumar Nepal-led faction to the lower levels of the party.
