गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Politics ∕ NC extends time for renewal of active membership Politics NC extends time for renewal of active membership KathmanduPati April 03, 2021 KATHMANDU – The Nepali Congress central committee meeting has decided to extend the renewal and distribution of active membership of the party for until mid-April. The earlier deadline was March 23. The decision was taken as membership distribution and renewal was yet to be completed in some districts. And it was based on the extension sought by the committee led by Ramesh Lekhak formed to investigate over the issue of active membership, spokesperson Biswa Prakash Sharma said. The NC central committee held at the party office on Friday night took this decision. The meeting also took a decision to take the initiative to form a Nepali Congress-led government. Taking to RSS, spokesperson Sharma said the NC has decided to seek resignation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, as the PM has not paved the way ahead even after the House of Representatives was restored.
