In his address to the nation on the first day of the New Year-2078 from the Singhadurbar-based reconstructed Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers today, PM Oli said the long cherished dream of Kathmandu residents has been materialized and new development works have been accomplished. In his address, the Prime Minster also highlighted the achievements made and challenges surfaced in different sectors in the year 2077 BS. Also on the occasion, PM Oli made it clear that the government was not in favour of enforcing lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic to the possible extent. He said that the Nepal government however was very sensitive to protect the lives of the people.
