The 55-year-old judge was receiving treatment at Star Hospital at Sanepa, Lalitpur. He passed away today, said Man Bahadur Karki, spokesperson of the Judicial Council. Poudel was hospitalised after he tested positive for coronavirus infection on May 16. He was the judge at Dhading District Court since 2019.
