The deceased has been identified as Binod Malla, 32, Bhuktangle, Parbat while next is yet to be identified. According to the District Police Office, Kaski, the unidentified deceased is a man aged around 44-45. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Subash Hamal informed that the accident occurred when the Pokhara-bound tipper (Province No.3-01-003 Ka 5173) from Parbat and a motorbike (Ga 20 Pa 6030) coming from opposite direction collided with each other at Annapurna rural municipality-3, Laxmideurali Patthardhunga in Kaski along the Pokhara-Baglung road section on Sunday evening. Critically injured motorcyclists died on the way to Pokhara for treatment, police said. Tipper driver Suresh Majhi, 25, of Indrawati rural municipality-10 of Sindhupalchowk along with both the vehicles were taken under police control, Hamal said. Investigation into the road accident is underway, said the police sources.
