Their illegal act came to light after they came for the verbal test for the post of police constable taken by the Sudur Paschim Police Training Centre, Dipayal. They had used others to attend the written examinations on their behalf, and came for the verbal test, after passing the written examinations. Sudip Kumar Rokaya, Sundar Chaudhary, Dipendra Japrel and Ram Naresh Chaudhary were arrested, according to District Police Office, Doti. Further investigation into the incident is underway. Chief of the Area Police Office, Dipayal Sub-inspector Keshav Pant said the four have been taken into custody and a case of forgery will be prosecuted against them.
