The JSP lawmakers of the Lumbini Province had filed the writ petition at the Apex Court seeking their restoration as the lawmakers. A single bench of the justice Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada, hearing the case today, has asked for a written response and summoned both sides on August 24 to decide whether to issue interim order or not. The JSP province lawmakers Santosh Kumar Pandey, Kalpana Pandey Lamsal and Bijay Bahadur Yadav on July 30 had filed the writ petition at the Court. The JSP had taken action against them as they had joined the incumbent government against the party decision.
