The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2023/24 (2080/81) and appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2024/25 (2081/82). Laxmi Sunrise Bank closed the financial year 2023/24 with a balance sheet size of NPR 395 billion and net profit of NPR 2.92 billion. All key financial indicators are well within prudential and regulatory norms.
