The uncertainty of convention is looming large for no disclosure of active member base. It is also because the Election Committee has not made public any statement whether or not to hold election in the districts having not disclosed the active membership base.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Committee Coordinator Mahadev Yadav said the party central office has so far provided the details of active members of 56 districts to the committee and the committee made disclosure of the base accordingly. Details of member base of 21 districts have not been made available to the committee yet, he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Among the 21 districts are capital Kathmandu, Kavre, Sindhupalchowk, Rasuwa, 8 districts of province-2 and Dolpa.
