On parliament obstruction continued by the main opposition CPN (UML), the Minister said, &#8220;They (UML) themselves brought the compact. Whether or not they continue parliament obstruction, the issue is up to them. Ask them about it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, the issue will be presented in the sovereign parliament and conclusion will be drawn from there, he assured.
