{"id":13165,"date":"2022-03-29T17:01:53","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T11:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/english.kathmandupati.com\/?p=13165"},"modified":"2022-03-29T17:01:53","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T11:16:53","slug":"parliamentary-hearing-committee-endorses-shresthas-name-for-appointment-to-sc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/english.kathmandupati.com\/?p=13165","title":{"rendered":"Parliamentary Hearing Committee endorses Shrestha&#8217;s name for appointment to SC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KATHMANDU &#8211;<\/strong> The Federal Parliament&#8217;s Parliamentary Hearing Committee has unanimously endorsed Til Prasad Shrestha&#8217;s name for appointment as the Justice at the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Committee president Laxman Lal Karna said that the Committee in its meeting today unanimously endorsed Shresth&#8217;a name after hearing him regarding his experience, vision, future plan and concept.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The committee members had also appreciated Shrestha&#8217;s initiatives at various times for ending the red tape in the judiciary and thereby enhancing public faith in the judiciary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He is credited with settling all the cases which were pending for two years when he was working as the High Court judge in Pokhara, Rajbiraj and Biratnagar.
