This followed the proposal of Finance Minister to hold general deliberation on the budget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chair of the Upper House Ganesh Prasad Timilsina called a House meeting to deliberate on the principle of budget and to respond to queries on the matter for May 31 and June 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Budget is presented in the parliament in the Nepali month Jeth 15 (around May-end) every year as per the constitution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KATHMANDU &#8211; Deliberations on the principle of the estimates of income and expenditure for the fiscal year, 2022\/23 have begun in today&#8217;s session of the National Assembly, the Upper House of the Federal Parliament.
