The CDOs of the Kathmandu Valley are preparing to relax the prohibitory order that was put in place to curb the spread of the coronavirus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal has decided to ignore the orders and run its business. However, the administration is still preparing to decide on lifting or easing only after looking at the status of coronavirus cases. A meeting of NADA officials on Monday has urged businessmen to resume their business from September 10.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chief District Officer of Bhaktapur, Humkala Pandey, said that the prohibitory orders will be lifted only after analyzing the risk of infection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Essential shops are still operating. Only clothes and hotel businesses are closed. Otherwise, we have allowed shops, including construction materials, to operate now,&#8221; CDO Pandey told KathmanduPati. &#8220;They will not open. We have to be prepared to reduce the risk for tomorrow. &#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CDO Pandey informed Kathmandu Pati that tomorrow&#8217;s meeting would make a formal decision on lockdown. According to him, an extension on the prohibitory orders will be made only after discussions with the CDOs of the three districts, security agencies, expert groups, and the home ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pandey said that a large number of PCR tests were conducted in the Kathmandu Valley yesterday, and a decision would be taken based on the status of the infection.
