As a result, people&#8217;s mobility and traffics have gone down while patients with asthma, pneumonia, common cold and fever have increased. The weather is dense foggy since today morning. &#8220;We are restricted inside house due to cold,&#8221; said Ram Suhaban Yadav of Nepalgunj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senior citizens, children, daily wagers and poor people have been particularly affected due to cold. Daily wagers are finding it difficult to go for work as a result of cold, said Ramdin Godiya of Duduwa Rural Municipality in Banke district. &#8220;We are left high and dry to support for my family without money. We do not have enough food to eat and clothing to warm ourselves.
