Arjun Saud, 31, of Sunarya rural municipality-8 and Bashudev Pant, 30, of Godavari municipality-2 in Kailali have been arrested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saud has been charged of raping a 13-year-old girl from Puchaudi municipality while Basu Dev is accused of helping Arjun commit the crime, according to Police Inspector at the Area Police Office, Patan Gauri Prasad Jaisi.<br \/>\nThe duo had gone to see the girl, who was in touch with the two regularly via phone, in her village. Once there, they took her to a jungle in Bitthad in Sigas rural municipality and raped her. The incident reportedly took place last Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The mother of the girl filed a complaint on Friday. An investigation has been initiated while the duo has been taken into police custody, said DSP of Baitedi, Narayan Prasad Adhikari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier on September 9, five people including a teacher and civil servant had been arrested on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl in Sigas rural municipality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BAITEDI : Two people have been arrested on charge of raping a minor in Baitedi.
