Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal \u2018Prachanda\u2019 is scheduled to table the copy of the President\u2019s address in the separate meetings of the House of Representatives (HoR) and National Assembly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Assistant Spokesperson at the Federal Parliament Secretariat Dasharath Dhamala, the Federal Parliament would pass a vote of thanks to the President after the address. The Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal has the provision that the President may address either House or a joint sitting of both the Houses of Parliament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Likewise, Article 95 (2) states that President shall address the first session after an election to the HoR and a joint sitting of both the Houses of Parliament after the commencement of the first session of each year.
